Made-to-Order Production
Every BLANK PROFILE piece is crafted individually once your order is placed.
Production times vary depending on complexity, current workload, and material availability.
Estimated production timeframe:
• Standard orders: 2–6 weeks
• Complex/advanced pieces: 6–10 weeks
(These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.)
We will contact you if any unexpected delays occur.
Shipping Times & Services
United Kingdom
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48
• Delivery after dispatch: 1–3 working days
International Shipping
• International Tracked
• Delivery after dispatch: 5–14 working days depending on destination
Delays due to customs, holidays, or courier issues are outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue items.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional postage will be required to reship.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a package is lost or arrives damaged:

We cannot replace items until the investigation is complete.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately as pieces are completed.
