3. Products & Order Process

3.1 Handmade, Made-to-Order Items

Most items are handmade and produced only after an order is placed.
Production timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.2 Accuracy of Product Information

We aim to display accurate product images and descriptions.
However, variations may occur in:

  • Colour (due to screen differences or latex batch variations)

  • Fit (due to measurements supplied by the customer)

These variations are not considered faults.

3.3 Measurements & Fit

Custom garments are made according to the measurements provided by the customer.
BLANK PROFILE is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated measurements.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4.2 Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout.
We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

4.3 Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Customs

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel.

For this reason:

  • No cancellations after production begins

  • No returns or refunds unless the item is faulty

6.2 Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty, you must notify us within 30 days.
We may repair, replace, or refund depending on the issue.

Items damaged through misuse, incorrect care, or incorrect measurements are not considered faulty.

7. Latex Disclaimer

By purchasing latex garments, you acknowledge:

  • Latex may cause allergic reactions

  • Garments require specific care

  • Damage caused by oils, sharp objects, incorrect dressing, or improper storage is not a manufacturing fault
